From May to September, every Saturday and Sunday from 7:30pm onwards, Azienda Agraria Carini offers "torta al testo" and homemade ‘Cinta Senese’ cold cuts, pecorino cheese and our wine tastings.
The "torta al testo" is a traditional Umbrian recipe made from a mixture of durum wheat flour, water, salt and yeast. The typical final firing under the ashes, makes it crispy and ready to be stuffed!
