The filling for these extra dark chocolates comes from the late harvest of Carlo & Marco Carini’s Petit Manseng grapes and is produced exclusively by Mastri Cioccolatieri Confetture Ellegi in Capocavallo.
Ingredients:
dark chocolate (53% cocoa paste, cocoa butter, soy lecithin emulsifier, flavourings)
Filling:
sugar, alcohol, water. liqueur (6%): late harvest.
