Maceration: in white with maceration of the skins (18 hours)
Aged in French oak barrels with pushed oxidation for several years until it reaches its optimum stage.
Subsequent to its storage in barrique
Approximately 24-36 months in the bottle
Colour: intense gold
Smell: touches of dried, ripe fruit and delicate hints of honey.
Taste: sweet, soft balanced, velvety and very persistent
Pairing: this is a sweet sipping wine, also wonderful with cheese (best if seasoned), or with dessert at the end of a meal.
