In our fields we only grow the best soft wheat (Latin: Triticum Aestivum) to produce a rustic flour suitable for savory and sweet cakes, the same with which we knead the testo cake every summer weekend!
We do not use chemicals and our flours are certified organic: authenticity is important to us!
Furthermore, the grinding takes place only through renewable hydraulic sources!
