Made with milk from the farm’s sheep, it is pasteurized and processed using traditional methods with the addition of selected enzymes. The flavour of the cheese merges with the best olives creating an delightful aroma and taste. Ideal for the preparation of appetizers, on bruschetta, to embellish salads or simply to be enjoyed at the table with a glass of structured white wine, very good with the Poggio Canneto.
