'CINTA SENESE' CURED MEAT
Carlo and Marco Carini’s holding only breeds selected ‘Cinta’ pigs, which are easily recognizable by their distinctive black cloak which is crossed widthways by a white “belt”.
The pigs live completely in the wild in agricultural and forested land.
The pig’s diet comprises food grains and legumes grown exclusively on the farm which is periodically enriched with chestnuts and acorns.
Pure ‘Cinta Senese’ pork, salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary, cinnamon.
In modified-atmosphere for an optimal preservation of the product.
Thinly sliced on a bruschetta with a splash of oil. It is also the base for main dishes such as ‘carbonara’ and ‘amatriciana’ pasta.
